Plainview Telephone will setup your conference call, all participants will receive an email with
the necessary information, participants call in to the conference number when it’s time for the
call to start (either with a local 582# or a toll free number), enter the PIN number assigned
to the conference call and they’re connected.
It’s as easy as that!
Not sure exactly what day or time you want your conference call to take place? Not a problem.
For your convenience, we can setup your conference call for several days and when you’re ready
to make your call it’s ready to go. You’ll only be charged for the time you are actually dialed
into the conference call. For example, you need to make a call sometime this week; we can set
your conference call for the whole week. On Thursday, you decide to have your conference call at
1 pm and it lasts until 2:30 pm. You will only be charged for the 1 ½ hours
that you were actually dialed into the conference call, not for the full week.
Local "582" call-in number.
Calls can be made any time of day or night.
Just 2 cents per minute per caller.
Additional long distance charges, if applicable, can be paid by host or individual.
