County to appraise towns' properties
  Pierce County Assessor. Peg Wragge, met with the Board of Equalization and gave them a contract she had finalized with Appraiser Andy White of CAMASS Appraisal. 
Wragge said White will be re-appraising residential property in Plainview. Foster, Breslau, West Randolph and McLean.

    The annual Plainview High School pre-season scrimmages have been planned for Thursday, August 28 beginning at 4:15 p.m. that day.
    There will be a parent meeting before or after each scrimmage.
    The day will begin with the Cross Country team’s scrimmage-run at 4:15 p.m. behind the football bleachers at the football field.
    Parents of the volleyball team members will have a meeting at 4:45 p.m. in the high school media center with the scrimmage to follow at 5 p.m.
    The football team will begin their scrimmage at 6:30 p.m. and the parent’s meeting will follow in the bleachers at the football field.
